Animal noises in Senior infants

Friday, Marcy 29th, 2012

We play a game in PE where each player has an animal card.  We have to find our partners (the baby and adult animal) by asking which card each person has.  There is a catch though - if we don't find our partner, we have to switch our card with the person we have just asked.   We all eventually find our partners.

Today our game changed - we kept our own cards until the game ended, but this time we had to find our partners by making the same noises.  This was a noisy but fun game.

We took a little walk along the corridors of our school.
It is like visiting a gallery.  We really like all the displays from all the classes in the school.

Handprints for Mother's Day

Look at these beautiful clay handprints we made for our mums as a gift for Mother's Day. First we rolled out the clay. Then we pressed down one of our hands to make the handprint. We then made various patterns around our handprints for decoration. When the clay dried fully, we painted our handprints. We think that our mums will really love this gift.
